1. Our Commitment

At Italic ApS, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and creative environment. We prioritize the mental and physical well-being of our team and do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind. This policy applies to all employees, freelancers, and partners.

2. Standards of Behavior

We Encourage:

  • Respect & Empathy: Acknowledging different boundaries and communication styles.

  • Communication and Collaboration: We encourage everyone to express communication preferences and boundaries in order to create a healthy environment and collaboration.

  • Work-Life Balance: We do not expect our employees to crunch.

We Do Not Tolerate:

  • Harassment: Offensive comments related to gender, race, disability, body size, or religion.

  • Unwelcome Attention: Sexual advances, inappropriate imagery, or physical contact without consent.

  • Discrimination: Biased treatment in hiring or daily work.

3. Reporting, Safety & Feedback

If you experience or witness harassment, please report it immediately.

We are also very interested in your feedback on how we run the studio. We know we are not perfect so please contact us if you have any suggestions or thoughts so we can improve.
All reports and feedback are confidential.

Safety Contacts:

  • Internal: Please contact Camilla or Thomas.

  • External: If you are a member of a trade union, you can contact your Union for support. You may also contact the Danish Working Environment Authority (Arbejdstilsynet).

Process: We review reports within 48 hours and will agree on a course of action with the reporting party before proceeding. Violations result in immediate action, ranging from warnings to contract termination.

4. Expectations

When working for Italic ApS, we expect you to live up to these standards. Building a safe and creative space is a team effort, and we count on everyone to contribute to a positive culture where we can all do our best work.
